Biotechnology company Aspira Women’s Health announced Minh Merchant will resign as general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary, effective May 6.
Prior to joining Aspira, Merchant served as general counsel, corporate secretary, and corporate compliance officer at Genome Medical. Before that, she served as associate general counsel, global director of litigation and human resources at Myriad Genetics.
