ATI, a producer of materials and solutions for the global aerospace and defense markets, named Vaishali Bhatia as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer.
Bhatia reports to ATI Board Chair and Chief Executive Robert Wetherbee.
She joins from HF Sinclair, where she served as executive vice president since 2023 and general counsel and corporate secretary since 2019.
Earlier, she worked with HollyFrontier Corp. and Holly Energy Partners.
