Blue Wolf Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, announced the appointment of Eve Gerriets Mongiardo to chief financial officer and chief compliance officer.
Mongiardo, who most recently served as Blue Wolf’s interim CFO, brings more than 30 years of experience as a financial, private equity, and audit committee expert. In her new role, she will oversee financial reporting, investor relations, and compliance.
Prior to joining Blue Wolf, she provided consulting and advisory services, including CFO advisory services, best practice, operational excellence review, and capital raising initiatives. Mongiardo spent 12 years with Irving Place Capital, where she was a partner.
Previously, she held a senior role at Soros Private Funds Management and worked for Goldman Sachs. She started her career at Deloitte, where she spent four years in the auditing practice.
