Borden, a U.S. dairy processor and distributor, has named Candace Palmarozzi as vice president corporate controller and chief accounting officer, effective immediately.

Palmarozzi spent more than 10 years in public accounting at PwC, where she served as a subject matter expert for several industry subsectors for the firm. For the past five years, she has held numerous accounting and finance executive positions with Lennox International. Most recently, she served as Lennox commercial’s business unit controller, leading the accounting and financial planning and analysis functions.

In previous roles at Lennox International, she owned the technical accounting function and SEC reporting process; managed a wide variety of accounting, operational, and SOX issues; and oversaw FP&A at the segment and business unit levels.
