Manufactured homes company Cavco Industries announced Seth Schuknecht was appointed executive vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief compliance officer, effective Feb. 13.
Most recently, Schuknecht was senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Hagerty, a publicly traded global specialty vehicle insurance company.
He served as corporate counsel for securities, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions at online automotive retailer Carvana and prior to that practiced law at international law firms Squire Patton Boggs and DLA Piper.
