Biopharmaceutical company CorMedix announced the appointment of Beth Zelnick Kaufman as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
With more than two decades of legal, compliance, and operations experience in the life sciences industry, Zelnick Kaufman most recently served as chief legal and administrative officer and corporate secretary of Akorn Pharmaceuticals. She also served in several roles at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, including assistant general counsel; vice president, legal affairs; and head of government affairs.
Earlier in her career, she held roles at Actavis, Alpharma, and Topcon America and spent time as an associate at law firm Brown Rudnick.
