Corning Incorporated, a company that specializes in glass and ceramic technologies, announced Michaune Tillman joined as senior vice president and general counsel.

Tillman will serve as an adviser to the company’s senior leadership team and its board of directors. She will report to Lewis Steverson, Corning’s executive vice president and chief legal and administrative officer.

Tillman joins Corning from Worthington Steel, where she served as the company’s general counsel and corporate secretary. She also previously served as general counsel at Worthington Steel Processing and Worthington Armstrong Venture.
