Manufacturing company Crane Holdings announced the appointment of Paul Igoe as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Crane NXT, an industrial technology spin-off.

Effective March 20, Igoe will lead global legal, compliance, and corporate governance organizations and report directly to Aaron Saak, president and chief executive of Crane NXT.

Prior to Crane NXT, Igoe served as executive vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary of Excelitas Technologies Corp. He also previously held a similar role with SS&C Technologies.

Earlier in his career, he served for three years as vice president, general counsel and secretary for Lydall and for eight years as associate general counsel and assistant secretary at Teradyne. Igoe started his legal career as a junior partner at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr.

Crane NXT is scheduled to become an independent company April 3, following completion of a separation transaction with Crane Holdings.
