Big Four audit firm Deloitte announced the promotion of Smruti Naik-Jones as its first U.K. chief sustainability officer.

Naik-Jones will lead the firm’s WorldClimate strategy to drive its net-zero and sustainability agenda.

With more than a decade of experience at Deloitte, Naik-Jones previously served as enabling functions ethnicity leader, director of client and industries, and director, business partner, and senior knowledge manager for the public sector, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Before Deloitte, she served at PwC and EY, holding titles that included knowledge executive and knowledge coordinator.
