Divert announces general counsel

With more than 20 years of experience, having served as general counsel and secretary of both public and private technology companies, Patton most recently worked for Jobcase.

Earlier, she was general counsel of car shopping site CarGurus, where she scaled the legal department. She was also general counsel of Demandware, a publicly traded provider of enterprise-class cloud commerce solutions, where she navigated the company through its acquisition by Salesforce.
