Discount retailer Dollar Tree announced the appointments of three different executives to lead its compliance, diversity, and sustainability efforts.

Jennifer Bohaty will take on the role of chief compliance officer for Dollar Tree, having previously served as global chief of ethics and compliance at LL Flooring.

At LL Flooring, Bohaty developed and enhanced regulatory relationships through investigating and addressing past compliance-related challenges. Her prior retail experience includes roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as executive director of global product safety, quality, and compliance with Toys ‘R’ Us and before that as senior product safety manager at Target.

Terence Goods will serve as chief diversity officer after most recently serving as vice president of diversity and inclusion at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits.

Goods brings more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, training, and diversity and inclusion programs. His prior leadership roles include stints with Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and JCPenney.

Jennifer Silberman has been appointed chief sustainability officer, having previously served as vice president of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) for Yeti.

At Yeti, Silberman established the company’s first ESG priorities. She previously led corporate responsibility efforts and teams for global companies, including Target and Hilton, driving efforts to create long-term sustainability strategies and goals.
