Online food ordering and food delivery platform DoorDash announced the promotion of Tia Sherringham to general counsel, effective Jan. 1, 2022.
Sherringham has served as vice president, legal at the company since 2018. She joined DoorDash in 2017 as associate general counsel.
In her new role, Sherringham will continue to oversee the company’s legal team and security, information technology, and enterprise technology functions. She will also become corporate secretary for the company, having served as assistant corporate secretary to date.
