Online community software provider Higher Logic announced it appointed Cheryl Brogan as general counsel.
Brogan will be responsible for legal matters; governance, risk, and compliance; and privacy compliance.
Brogan was most recently chief counsel and general manager of North America Legal at HCL Software. Earlier, she was counsel for Landis+Gyr, SITA, Aptean, and Thomson Reuters, among others.
