Software company JFrog announced the appointment of Shanti Ariker as chief legal officer.

She will join the executive team and report directly to Shlomi Ben Haim, co-founder and chief executive.

As part of her duties, Ariker will oversee corporate governance, risk, and compliance, including environmental, social, and governance activities.

With more than 20 years of experience, she most recently served as general counsel, chief privacy officer, and corporate secretary for Zendesk. She also brings experience from her time at Salesforce, Autodesk, and Twilio.
