Education services company Laureate Education announced the appointment of Leslie Brush as senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary, effective April 1.

Brush will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Eilif Serck-Hanssen.

She previously served as Laureate’s deputy general counsel and secretary and prior to that as vice president, assistant general counsel and secretary. She joined the company in 2019.

Before that, Brush served as chief governance officer, vice president - legal, and secretary for software and solutions services company SunGard Data Systems (now part of FIS) for more than 20 years.
