Limeade, an employee experience software company, announced the appointment of Scott Fletcher as general counsel and corporate secretary.
In this role, Fletcher will be responsible for building and managing legal efforts across all aspects of Limeade and coordinating outside legal resources.
Fletcher joined Limeade as vice president of legal in August 2019 and brings nearly 30 years of legal experience working in a variety of roles across the technology industry, including in litigation and franchising. Prior to joining Limeade, he led the legal team that supported the Microsoft advertising business through a dynamic period of change and growth.
