Lumentum Holdings, a manufacturer of telecommunications equipment, announced the appointment of Jae Kim as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Kim will report to Alan Lowe, president and chief executive officer.

She previously held the role of senior corporate counsel at Lumentum’s parent company, JDSU, beginning in 2012. Most recently, she served as chief administrative and legal officer at GlobalLogic. Prior to that, he was senior vice president, general counsel at Rambus.
