LuxUrban Hotels announced the promotion of Matthew Ulmann, its general counsel and chief compliance officer, to corporate secretary.
Ulmann was also named an executive officer.
He joined LuxUrban in November. Prior to this, he served as an associate at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas, an agency attorney for the New York City Department of Education’s Special Education Unit, and an associate at LeClairRyan.
