Ridesharing app Lyft disclosed in a regulatory filing the appointment of Lindsay Llewellyn as general counsel and secretary.

Llewellyn, who had been vice president, associate general counsel, assumes the role from Kristin Sverchek, who was promoted to president of business affairs.

Llewellyn has worked at Lyft for seven years, including as acting general counsel for six months earlier this year, according to her LinkedIn profile.
