Merchants & Marine Bancorp announced the appointment of Antonio Davis as chief risk officer.

He will join the executive leadership team, taking the lead in regulatory affairs and overseeing the enterprise risk management division.

Previously, Davis served as a supervisory examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

His background includes extensive experience in regulatory compliance, team leadership and development, and enterprise risk management.

He will work alongside company leadership to control risk, drive strong regulatory compliance, and help shepherd continued growth and expansion.
