Healthcare firm Penumbra announced the promotion of Lambert Shiu to chief accounting officer among several leadership changes.

Shiu, who joined Penumbra in 2015 prior to the company’s IPO and most recently served as VP of finance, assumes the chief accounting role, while Maggie Yuen will take over as chief financial officer at the company. Yuen joins from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she most recently served as vice president, finance of the Genetic Science Division.

Concurrent with Yuen’s appointment, Sri Kosaraju, who served in the role of president and CFO prior, will continue in his role as president.
