Regions Bank announced the promotion of Head of Corporate Banking Strategy and Administration Anna Brackin to chief compliance officer.

She will report to Matt Lusco, chief risk officer, and oversee the company’s compliance risk management program. She succeeds Doug Jackson, who is retiring.

With more than a decade of banking experience, Brackin will build the bank’s compliance programs, ensure a prudent regulatory risk framework, and help protect the bank and its customers from financial loss.

Previously, she held leadership roles in the risk management, operations, and wholesale banking division at SunTrust Bank.
