Rocket Pharmaceuticals announced Martin Wilson was appointed general counsel and chief corporate officer.

Wilson will lead legal, compliance, and corporate development. He joined the company in December 2021 as its founding general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Prior to joining Rocket, he was general counsel and chief corporate officer at Ichnos Sciences. Before that, he served as general counsel, chief compliance officer, corporate secretary, and head of human resources at Teligent. Prior to that, he was vice president and assistant general counsel at Endo Pharmaceuticals following the acquisition of Par Pharmaceuticals.
