Business services company Teleperformance announced the appointment of Teri O’Brien as chief legal and compliance officer, effective July 1.

She joined Teleperformance in May and has worked with her predecessor Leigh Ryan, who is retiring. O’Brien will be responsible for all aspects of the legal, compliance, and privacy departments and will join the executive committee.

Previously, O’Brien served as external U.S. counsel to Teleperformance, most recently as a partner at law firms Latham & Watkins and Paul Hastings, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities matters.
