Title Alliance, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, has appointed Maria Deligiorgis as general counsel and compliance officer.
As general counsel and compliance officer, Deligiorgis will be responsible for all of the company’s legal and business elements in all operations. She will focus on overseeing the business and legal practices of Title Alliance and all its entities, in all operations in all states.
Deligiorgis also will supervise and direct underwriting, compliance reports and best practices, along with overseeing SOC 1 and SOC 2 reporting and other compliance endeavors. Additionally, she will be responsible for structuring the Title Alliance’s compliance educational series.
