Toyota Financial Services (TFS), a subsidiary of automaker Toyota Motor Corp., has promoted Ellen Farrell to group vice president and chief legal and compliance officer, effective January 2022.

Farrell currently serves as vice president, general counsel and secretary at TFS. She will report to TFS President and CEO Mark Templin.

Farrell previously worked more than 20 years at Toyota North America, primarily as vice president and deputy general counsel, according to her LinkedIn profile. She served as vice president, social innovation and executive advisor – legal from November 2019 to May 2020 before joining TFS.
