Autonomous driving technology company TuSimple announced the promotion of Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Evan Dunn to general counsel.

The position oversees the legal department, including compliance, corporate governance, litigation, and intellectual property. Dunn succeeds Susan Marsch, who held the position on an interim basis since September 2022.

Prior to joining TuSimple, Dunn served as deputy general counsel for Four Corner Property Trust, according to his LinkedIn profile. He also previously worked as an associate at law firms Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Mintz Levin, and Perkins Coie.
