Velo3D, an additive manufacturing technology company for mission-critical metal parts, announced the appointment of Nancy Krystal as vice president, general counsel.

Krystal will report to Chief Executive Brad Kreger. She will be responsible for all legal matters at Velo3D, including managing the board of directors’ processes and procedures, supporting Securities and Exchange Commission and public company compliance, handling contracts, and overseeing the company’s intellectual property.

Prior to joining Velo3D, she served as general counsel of Jelly Belly Candy Company. She also held integral roles at Big Heart Pet Brands and AXA Advisors.
