WellBe Senior Medical appoints chief compliance officer

Aubey, who joins WellBe from Duly Health, will spearhead the company’s compliance, information security, and patient safety initiatives, including the Medicare and Medicaid population.

Prior to working for Duly, Aubey led compliance for Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Tenet Healthcare. He also held the CCO role with Stormont Vail Health, according to his LinkedIn profile, and was a corporate compliance auditor with Advocate Health Care for three years.

Before passing the bar, Aubey also held the role of manager of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company, where he “reported directly to the (chief financial officer) and managed the daily activities of two auditors on staff,” according to his LinkedIn profile.
