Software company Zendesk announced Shana Simmons joined as chief legal officer.
Simmons joins Zendesk with more than 15 years of experience as a strategic leader in high-growth companies. She recently served as the chief legal officer at Everlaw, a provider of cloud-based e-discovery solutions for legal teams.
Before that, she was the head of go-to-market legal at Google Cloud.
