Medical device company Zimmer Biomet Holdings announced the departure of Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Carrie Nichol, effective Nov. 26.
Nichol, who also serves as principal accounting officer, will pursue another employment opportunity. Derek Davis, vice president of finance integration, will assume her roles at Zimmer Biomet on an interim basis.
The company will initiate a search for Nichol’s replacement.
Davis previously worked as vice president, finance and corporate controller and chief accounting officer from May 2007 until June 2015, when he was appointed Zimmer Biomet’s vice president, global integration. He was named to his most recent position in August 2020.
