LockPath, a governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) solutions provider, has partnered with global IT association ISACA, the creator of the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) framework.

Through the partnership, LockPath will have the ability to distribute the COBIT 4.1 and COBIT 5 frameworks through its Keylight GRC Platform. COBIT is a comprehensive framework that helps enterprises effectively address business issues through governance and management of information and technology.

“Our partnership with ISACA will provide our customers who use the COBIT framework with a seamless implementation,” said LockPath CEO Chris Caldwell. “Together, the Keylight Platform and the COBIT framework help organizations make informed business decisions, achieve audit readiness and efficiently manage IT in general.”

Keylight customers will use COBIT 4.1 or COBIT 5 to align IT practices to business operations, business strategy and value creation. Organizations managing IT using Keylight and the COBIT framework will more efficiently and effectively achieve the goals of the COBIT framework, including the ability to maintain high-quality information to support business decisions.

Achieve strategic goals through the effective and innovative use of IT; achieve operational excellence through reliable, efficient application of technology; maintain IT-related risk at an acceptable level; optimize the cost of IT services and technology; and support compliance with relevant laws, regulations, contractual agreements and policies.
