Match Group, a provider of dating products, has hired Jared Sine as general counsel and secretary, effective as of July 5. In this role, Sine will lead the Match Group legal team.

Sine joins Match Group from Expedia, where he served as associate general counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of Expedia's mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives, as well as all post-acquisition legal and integration matters. Sine began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and later joined Latham & Watkins, where he advised leading Fortune 500 Companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
