Mercury Systems, a commercial provider of secure sensor and safety-critical processing subsystems, has named Michelle McCarthy as vice president, chief accounting officer and controller. She will report to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael Ruppert.

McCarthy, a sixteen-year veteran of corporate finance, will be responsible for the company's financial reporting, accounting, and tax operations. Previously, she held senior financial positions with Analog Devices, serving most recently as corporate controller. Before that, she served as corporate financial reporting manager at J. Jill, and manager of the Retail, Manufacturing and Industrial Group within the assurance practice of Ernst and Young.
