MiraMed Global Services, a provider of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) services and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, has named Stephanie Griffin as chief compliance officer.

Griffin will oversee the MiraMed corporate compliance program, which functions as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization.

This role centralizes existing functions responsible for identifying and managing risk and compliance across the MiraMed family of companies. As chief compliance officer, Griffin will work closely with senior executives and the board to identify, propose, and implement enhancements to the management and monitor risk, compliance and privacy protections. Griffin will also work closely with other company stakeholders and external parties, as appropriate, to manage and resolve risk, compliance and privacy protection-related issues.

Griffin, an attorney and registered nurse with over 14 years of legal and compliance experience, is certified in healthcare compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Griffin's previously served as both chief clinical operations officer and chief compliance officer and privacy officer at ConcertoHealth.
