NW Natural, a natural gas service company, has appointed Shawn Filippi as chief compliance officer, in addition to her current role as vice president and corporate secretary.

Filippi has served as vice president and corporate secretary since January 2015. She is also senior legal counsel and corporate secretary Gill Ranch Storage, NW Natural Gas Storage, NW Natural Energy, and other subsidiaries, according to her LinkedIn profile.
