OTC Link ATS, wholly-owned subsidiary of OTC Markets Group, operator of open, transparent and connected financial marketplaces for 10,000 U.S. and global marketplaces, has appointed Michael Corrao as chief compliance officer. 

As the chief compliance officer of OTC Link ATS, Corrao will be responsible for all aspects of the firm's broker-dealer compliance program and will focus initially on coordinating the firm's compliance with the SEC's Regulation Systems Compliance and Integrity (Regulation SCI). He will report to OTC Link ATS President Michael Modeski.

Corrao joins OTC Link ATS with over 25 years of broker-dealer compliance experience. He most recently practiced as a consultant focusing on broker-dealer trading and surveillance compliance in the regulatory risk practice at KPMG. Previously, he served more than nine years as chief compliance officer of Knight Capital Markets, now known as KCG Holdings.  

Prior to his roles at Knight Capital and KPMG, Corrao spent more than 15 years at Charles Schwab, where he served in a variety of compliance roles of escalating responsibility until being named chief compliance officer of the firm's market making unit, Schwab Capital Markets, in 1997.
