Pacific Union Financial, a full-service mortgage company, has hired Karen Crawford as its new chief legal and compliance officer. 

With more than 30 years of experience with legal and regulatory aspects of mortgage origination, sales and servicing, as well as mortgage-related corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions, Crawford has served as general counsel and chief legal officer for other leading independent mortgage bankers.

In her new role, she will be leading the compliance, risk, and legal teams at Pacific Union.
