Peak Resorts, an owner and operator of ski resorts in the United States, has promoted Christopher Bub to the newly created position of vice president and chief accounting officer, effective Aug. 1. He currently serves as Peak Resorts’ corporate controller.

In his new role, Bub will lead the company’s accounting, finance and treasury teams. Before joining the company as corporate controller in June 2015, he served as senior director of finance for Nortek Global HVAC, formerly NORDYNE, a manufacturer of heating and cooling equipment. Prior to Nortek, Bub was a financial accountant at Boeing, an aerospace company and manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems.
