Plug Power, a provider of clean, reliable energy solutions, has named Martin Hull as chief accounting officer, effective April 1. He assumes this role from Jill McCoskey.

As chief accounting officer, Hull will enable Plug Power to strengthen its financial processes and systems, in response to increasing business volume resulting from customer adoption of Plug Power's GenKey hydrogen and fuel cell solutions. He will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Paul Middleton.

Hull brings extensive accounting, financial reporting and internal controls knowledge to Plug Power. Previously, Hull was a principal and director at the accounting firm of Marvin and Company. Prior to that, he was an audit partner at KPMG, serving various public companies.
