Pulaski Bank has hired Mark Wofford as chief compliance officer.

CEO Gary Douglass said the new appointment will help the bank effectively deal with "the significant compliance risks posed by the proliferation of additional regulation in the banking industry.”

Wofford has over 14 years of banking and regulatory compliance experience.  In addition to all aspects of compliance, Wofford also will oversee compliance with the Fair Lending and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
