In March 2012, The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law organized a symposium called, “The FCPA at Thirty-Five and Its Impact on Global Business.” Many of the leading academics from both the U.S. and U.K., as well as government officials and experienced practitioners, presented at the symposium on a wide range of FCPA and international anti-corruption topics.
