The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) have ended a seven-year review of GE HealthCare Technologies’ China unit for possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the company announced.
The SEC wrote a letter to the company on May 16, and the DOJ wrote on May 28, informing GE HealthCare they were closing their investigations and taking no further action, according to GE HealthCare’s 10-Q filing submitted to the agency on June 30.
