Patrick Stokes has been named as the DOJ’s new Senior Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section, the WSJ reports. In this position, Stokes will report to the Chief of the Fraud Section, Andrew Weissmann. Stokes was previously the Chief of the DOJ’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit.
