The co-director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement will step down from his post next week, after three years on the job.
Steven Peikin, who served alongside co-director Stephanie Avakian since joining the SEC in June 2017, will leave the agency on Aug. 14. Avakian will remain as director.
