Cosmetics company Revlon announced in a securities filing that Wendel Kralovich, senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for Revlon and Revlon Consumer Products Corporation, Revlon’s wholly owned operating subsidiary, tendered his resignation to pursue a new career opportunity, effective Dec. 7.

Kralovich will work together with the company’s finance and accounting teams to ensure a smooth transition of the company's accounting and corporate controller functions, pending the company’s appointment of his successor, the securities filing states.
