SAI Global, a provider of integrated risk management (IRM) software and ethics and compliance learning content, announced it has entered into an agreement with Nasdaq to acquire BWise—a software provider in internal audit, regulatory compliance management, and operational risk management.
Pending customary closing conditions, such as regulatory approvals, works council, and other representative body consultations and notifications in applicable jurisdictions, the deal is expected to close in the first half of 2019. Terms of the private transaction were not released. Until the transaction closes, each company will continue to operate independently.
