Tennant Company, a floor cleaning equipment company, has appointed Mary Talbott as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective Jan. 28.
Talbott brings more than two decades of legal experience, including the last 19 years as a trusted legal and business advisor to boards of directors and multibillion-dollar global companies. Most recently, Talbott served as vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant corporate secretary for General Cable.
