TOMI Environmental Solutions, a global bacteria decontamination and infection prevention company, has appointed three new independent directors to its board, bringing its total to five members.

Kelly Anderson: Anderson is a partner in C Suite Financial Partners, a financial consulting services company. Between July 2014 through March 2015, Anderson was CFO of Mavenlink, a SaaS company. Prior to that, she was chief accounting officer at Fisker Automotive. She also held roles of increasing importance at electric vehicle technology company T3 Motion, having most recently served as its CFO. Anderson will assume the role of audit committee chair on the TOMI board.

Walter Johnsen: Since January 2007, Johnsen has served as chairman and chief executive officer of Acme United Corporation, a worldwide supplier of branded cutting, measuring and safety products in the school, home, office, hardware & industrial markets. From 1995 through 2006, he was president and CEO at Acme United. Johnsen previously served as vice chairman and a principal of Marshall Products, a medical supply distributor.

Edward Fred: After joining CPI Aerostructures in February 1995, Fred held roles of increasing importance, ultimately becoming chief executive officer from 2003 through March 2014. Prior to that, he served in various positions for the international division of Grumman, where he last held the position of controller.
