Hormel Foods Corp. announced the appointment of Pierre Lilly as senior vice president and chief compliance officer for the company’s worldwide operations.
In his role, Lilly will be responsible for overseeing compliance, risk, and ethics within the organization and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Lilly will report to Jim Snee, chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer.
